Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Conduct inventory counts and report any issues to management
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and ensure data confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Skills to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
