Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your role will involve enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service and collaboration with the Aldi team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
- Comply with company policies, uphold security measures, and perform assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
