Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide a great shopping experience for our customers. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
