Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and contribute to creating excellent shopping experiences for our customers. This role involves merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a top-notch retail environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Engage in customer transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively within the team
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and transaction accuracy
• Participate in store inventory processes and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures and uphold data security and confidentiality

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, stock shelves, and engage in physical in-store tasks
• Regular standing, bending, reaching, and operating equipment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficiency in customer service and cash handling
• Capability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
