Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in the overall store operations. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct inventory counts and provide feedback on product quality and store issues
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures
• Handle cash transactions following established protocols

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
