Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Follow company policies while ensuring document and data security.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise and place products on shelves.
• Ability to lift weights up to 45 pounds and perform various physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Work independently or in a team environment.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask effectively.
• Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
