Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers during their shopping experience and communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Customer service and cash register operation experience
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
