Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and issues to the management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Comply with company policies, uphold document security, and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work well independently and in a team environment.
• Stay organized, detailed, follow instructions, and multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
