Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance during the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
