Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and cleaning, your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Follow company policies while ensuring document security
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
