Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate for our new store at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred
