Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI's new store. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory and provide feedback on products.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to ensure security.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment safely.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
