Job Description

We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a Store Associate to join our team at our new store location. As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping journey
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and uphold company procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Customer service skills and cash register proficiency
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain store cleanliness
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
