We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi, a leading retail company. • Ensure a safe environment for all stakeholders and maintain store equipment.
• Manage product display and inventory levels following company procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines while ensuring data confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead by example.
• Proficiency in interpreting and implementing company policies.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience of at least 3 years with some managerial background.
