Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive training program to prepare you for overseeing all aspects of store operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational strategies.
