Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be trained in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a successful career. You will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing, and develop operational strategies while mentoring your team.
