Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will train on all aspects of running a store, from supervising day-to-day activities to developing operational plans. You will lead a team, ensure the highest levels of customer service, maintain store performance, and handle staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Implement company strategy and foster teamwork among employees.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain product quality.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee development.
• Oversee store merchandising, inventory, and financial goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lead, communicate, and work in a team.
• Experience in retail and management preferred.
• Knowledge of budgeting, personnel costs, and performance evaluation.
• Must meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.
