Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for the responsibilities of running your own store. You will supervise daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage schedules, and develop operational plans while mentoring and leading the team.
