Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be involved in supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, developing operational plans, and mentoring the team while training to run your own store successfully. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will play a key role in ensuring overall store performance and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations and performance of the team to provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate and model the core values of the organization to foster teamwork among employees.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure resolutions are reached promptly.
• Manage store personnel hiring, scheduling, and training.
• Conduct store meetings, inventory counts, and cash audits.
• Maintain store merchandising, product quality, and stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, personnel costs, and expenses management.
• Prior retail management experience is preferred.
