Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for the responsibilities of successfully running a store. Your role will involve supervising daily store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies. This position offers a starting wage of $27.50 per hour with an earning potential of up to $105,000 in the first year (salary and bonus included).

Responsibilities

• Supervise team operations to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Experience in interpreting and implementing company policies.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
