Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to successfully manage store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, lead a team, and drive overall store performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities and team performance.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with retail experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, communicate, and provide excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with cash handling, equipment operation, and inventory management.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is advantageous.
