Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of running a store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies. Additionally, you will mentor and lead the team to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to provide top-notch customer service.
• Comprehend and communicate company values and strategies to foster teamwork.
• Manage customer inquiries and facilitate resolutions.
• Maintain store signage and product quality standards.
• Participate in the hiring process and oversee scheduling and staffing.
• Establish job expectations, conduct meetings, and provide training and development opportunities.
• Monitor store performance, handle budgets, and conduct inventory management.
• Ensure a safe environment for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Interpret and implement company policies effectively.
• Capable of managing budgets and personnel costs efficiently.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
• Prior management experience is advantageous.
