Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join ALDI. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to acquire the skills needed to successfully manage a store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily operations, ensuring superior customer service, managing team schedules, and developing action plans for store efficiency. Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Maintain store signage and product quality standards.
• Participate in the hiring and training of store personnel.
• Manage scheduling and staffing levels to meet operational needs.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for employee development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and merchandise presentation.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in retail management principles.
• Prior retail experience of at least 3 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent; management experience preferred.
