We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store operations to prepare for a management role. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while fostering team growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and team performance to deliver top-notch customer service.

• Maintain store presentation, product quality, and signage standards.
• Participate in the recruitment process and schedule management.

• Manage budget, payroll, and loss prevention efforts.
• Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for product offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Compliance with alcohol handling regulations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
