Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will train on all aspects of running a store effectively, preparing you for a store manager position. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and developing the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities to provide top-level customer service.
• Communicate and uphold company values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Hire and train store personnel, manage schedules, and ensure proper staffing levels.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team, provide excellent customer service, and interpret company policies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
