Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi and prepare for a rewarding career in store management. Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver high-quality customer service.

• Maintain store appearance, product quality, and signage standards.
• Assist in hiring and training store personnel.
• Develop and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations.

• Oversee inventory management and product merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Understanding of budgeting and personnel management.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
