Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management. As a Store Manager Trainee at Aldi, you will supervise daily store operations, ensure top-notch customer service, handle staffing needs, and develop operational strategies while leading and coaching your team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver excellent customer service.
• Communicate and uphold company values and strategies to foster team collaboration.
• Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain store presentation, product quality, and signage standards.
• Manage staffing through recruitment, scheduling, and training.

• Monitor competitive landscape and provide feedback on product selection.
• Maintain a safe and organized store environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of retail management principles.
• Proficiency in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• High school diploma; retail experience preferred.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
