We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management, preparing you for a leadership role within our organization. Your responsibilities will involve supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff schedules, and implementing operational strategies while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the daily operations of the store to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Communicate and exemplify the core values of the organization to promote teamwork among employees.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and inventory levels to meet company standards.
• Participate in the recruitment and selection of store personnel.
• Create and manage weekly schedules to optimize staffing levels.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide development opportunities for team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while prioritizing a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience of at least 3 years, with management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
