Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of store operations with the goal of preparing for a leadership position within the company. You will supervise daily store activities, ensure top-notch customer service, handle staffing needs, and develop operational strategies while fostering team growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Communicate company values to create a cohesive team environment.
• Manage customer concerns and maintain product quality and store presentation.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and personnel development.
• Conduct store meetings and provide performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities for training and enhancing team performance.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and merchandising.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 18.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous retail experience and management skills preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of progressive retail experience.
• Combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
