Full-Time Store Manager Trainee (New Store)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee for our new store at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to effectively run a store, overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing store performance, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies. In this role, you will lead a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and implementing company policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance and customer service standards.
• Communicate and uphold company values to foster teamwork.
• Manage store signage, product quality, and hiring processes.
• Develop staff through training, evaluations, and performance management.
• Ensure store payroll and budgets are met, conduct cash audits, and monitor product merchandising.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
