Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches.
• Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by achieving KPIs and driving performance.
• Ensure exceptional member experiences through high-energy classes and community building.
• Deliver world-class member experiences by managing equipment, programming, and support.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fitness and team leadership.
• Passion for fitness, community building, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Ability to drive performance and exceed financial targets.
