Compensation: Pay Range $17.50-$19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff team members to drive club traffic and member engagement
• Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage to achieve financial targets and KPIs
• Ensure exceptional member experience through high energy classes and community-building
• Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness industry and team leadership
• Strong analytical skills to drive performance and exceed targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and creating connections within a community
