SALARY: $17.50-$19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities!
REPORTS TO: General Manager
DIRECT REPORTS: Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches
LOCATION: Various locations nationwide
Job Summary
The Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead at VASA Fitness is responsible for creating an uplifting experience by offering inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness experiences in STUDIO and Group Fitness settings. Managing schedules, recruiting talent, and ensuring exceptional member experiences are core responsibilities of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches.
- Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage through class scheduling and customer engagement.
- Analyze business performance to meet or exceed financial targets and KPIs.
- Ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained and follow all VASA initiatives.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance instructor development and performance.
- Deliver world-class experiences that motivate, uplift, and create a strong community.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fitness management or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
