Position: Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead

Salary: $19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and supervise Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches.
- Ensure STUDIO and Group Fitness KPIs are met through class schedules optimization.
- Analyze and drive performance results; achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Deliver a world-class member experience by maintaining clean, safe, and well-equipped facilities.
- Lead ongoing instructor development through training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing member needs promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in fitness management or related role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Possess relevant fitness certifications and a passion for health and wellness.
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team to achieve performance goals.
