At VASA Fitness, we are seeking a passionate and driven Group Fitness Manager to join our team. As the Group Fitness Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting experience for our members through inclusive and on-trend fitness programs.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff qualified Group Fitness Instructors and Studio Coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Maximize Studio and Group Fitness usage by analyzing performance, driving attendance, and managing class schedules.
- Deliver a world-class member experience by ensuring equipment and spaces are safe and clean, executing marketing events, and providing flawless programming.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing development of Group Fitness Instructors and Studio Coaches by leading by example, providing feedback, and facilitating practice sessions.
- Create connections and care for members by providing exceptional service, motivation, and fostering a sense of community.
