Group Fitness Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Group Fitness Manager to join VASA Fitness as the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead. As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional fitness experience for our members while maximizing studio and group fitness usage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff instructors and coaches to enhance club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze and drive performance to achieve financial targets and key performance indicators.
• Ensure world-class member experience by maintaining clean and safe spaces, executing flawless events, and providing continuous training and support for instructors.
• Lead ongoing instructor development through coaching, feedback, and training sessions.
• Create a culture that promotes enthusiasm, passion, and accountability among team members.
