Hiring Local City Driver / Forklift Operator, Full-time

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Local City Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team at ABF Freight in Brooklyn, NY. As part of one of the country's largest LTL carriers, you will play an essential role in the pickup, delivery, and loading/unloading of cargo to various destinations near our consolidation/distribution center. General Description of Duties

• Pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations.
• Loading and unloading trailers using standard techniques and procedures.
• Duties and schedules may vary by terminal location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience.
• Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and hazmat endorsements.
• Safe driving record and ability to pass DOT requirements.
