Job Description
ArcBest, an industry-leading LTL carrier, is currently seeking a Local City Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team in Reno, NV. As part of our expanding network, we are looking for dedicated individuals who have the skills and commitment to provide exceptional transportation and logistics solutions to our customers.
General Description of Duties
- Responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations, primarily in proximity to the consolidation/distribution center.
- Load and unload trailers using established techniques and procedures.
- Duties and schedules may vary based on terminal location.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience required (training available for candidates with less experience).
- Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and hazardous materials endorsements.
- Stable work history and safe driving record.
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet medical requirements.
