Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement patient-centered care plans, and participate in discharge planning. We offer Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem positions with flexible shifts and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
