We are seeking experienced Home Health Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community and implement patient-centered care plans. Responsibilities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
