Job Description
We are looking for experienced Home Care LPNs to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN, your primary focus will be providing skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community, ensuring goal-oriented care plans are executed effectively. This role offers the opportunity to work full-time, part-time, or per diem, with flexible shift options and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans within available resources.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Details
- Job Type: Per diem, part-time, full-time.
- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
- Expected Hours: 20 - 40 per week.
- Weekly Schedule: 5x8, Monday to Friday, rotating weekends.
- Supplemental Pay Types: Differential pay.
- Supplemental Schedule: Holidays, Overtime.
- Work Location: In person.
