Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Home Care LPN to join ChristianaCare's HomeHealth team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
