Job Description
We are looking for experienced Home Care Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, implementing patient-centered care plans and participating in discharge planning. This position offers full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities, supporting New Castle County, DE, with day or night shifts, weekend and holiday rotations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
