Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community and play a vital role in implementing care plans that are patient-centered. This position offers a competitive hourly salary range of $22.00 to $28.00.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
- Implement goal-oriented care plans consistent with available resources.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
