Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team at Central Florida - Service Experts. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment in accordance with company requirements and manufacturer specifications. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service, promote products, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customer's homes under the direction of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.
- Perform start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems.
- Deliver and remove equipment needed for installations.
- Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools.
- Represent the company professionally and ethically.
- Train other installers in technical skills and company procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with HVAC technical training certification.
- Valid licensing or certification as required by laws and regulations.
- EPA and safety certifications.
- Proficient in heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment installation.
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift heavy objects.
