Job Description
Fenwick Home Services is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Specialist to join our growing HVAC department in Jacksonville, FL. As an HVAC Service Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems, as well as performing preventative maintenance. This position offers a competitive hourly base salary, commission, and a full benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- Relevant licenses and certifications.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
