HVAC Service Technician (Commercial)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician (Commercial) to join the Pardee - Service Experts team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will work independently to analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer HVAC problems in a professional and timely manner. This role includes performing maintenance, inspections, installations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Perform commercial service and maintenance calls independently.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve HVAC equipment issues professionally and accurately.
• Conduct routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and inspections to prevent breakdowns.
• Communicate effectively with customers, promote products and services, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain company property, tools, and vehicles responsibly.
• Follow standard procedures, maintain vehicle stock, and uphold professional ethics in all activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 to 5 years of HVAC experience and technical certification.
• Valid licensing, EPA, and safety certifications as required by law.
• Proficient in servicing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate tools effectively.
• Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.
• Physically capable of climbing, lifting, and working in various environmental conditions.
