Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician Lead (Residential) to join our team at Pine State Services - Service Experts in Westbrook, Maine. As the Lead Service Technician, you will play a key role in diagnosing and servicing residential HVAC equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer HVAC problems professionally and accurately.
• Perform services on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Complete routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and part deliveries.
• Promote products and services to customers to enhance their HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, with 2-5 years of HVAC experience and technical training certification.
• Valid driver's license and necessary certifications for HVAC work.
• Ability to operate tools, handle various service projects, and communicate effectively with customers.
• Physical ability to work in different environmental conditions and lift heavy items.
