Job Description
L.L.Bean is seeking a licensed Industrial Master Electrician or Journeymen to work at our Order Fulfillment Center in Freeport. This full-time 2nd shift position offers competitive pay starting at $37.00 per hour, premium pay for night shifts, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, employee benefits, and more. As an Industrial Master Electrician, you will perform senior-level electrical maintenance functions, supervise projects, oversee safety compliance, and mentor junior electricians.
Responsibilities
- Provide second-level support for electrical maintenance.
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Install and support robotics, sorting, and vision systems.
- Maintain power distribution and lighting systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
- Act as a resource for projects and maintenance.
Requirements
- Licensed Master Electrician with 6+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E.
- Experience with PLCs and reading blueprints.
- Ability to work at heights and in aerial lifts.
- Valid driver's license and computer skills.
