Job Description
L.L.Bean is looking for a licensed Industrial Master Electrician to join our team at the Order Fulfillment Center in Freeport. This position offers competitive pay starting at $37.00 per hour, premium pay for night shifts, great benefits, a generous employee discount, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. As an Industrial Master Electrician, you will be responsible for advanced electrical maintenance functions, ensuring safety and efficiency in the workplace.
Responsibilities
- Provide second-level support for complex electrical maintenance issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair automated PLC-controlled equipment.
- Install, maintain, and support robotics, sorting, and vision systems.
- Manage power distribution systems and lighting systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
- Act as a resource for projects, mentor junior electricians, and oversee contractors.
Requirements
- Licensed Master Electrician with industrial maintenance experience.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E standards.
- Experience with PLCs, blueprints, and electrical controls.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid state driver's license and willingness to work at heights.
